Has Vida Sales and Marketing Director Korhan Erkan has answered our questions and given information about their aim of participation in HEFI and their expectations from the exhibition.
SUBCONTURKEY: Could you introduce your company briefly?
Korhan Erkan: Established in 1975, specializing in special screws and rivets with 43 years of company culture and sectorial knowledge, and serving several domestic and foreign companies mainly in the sectors of automotive, electric, electronics and white goods with this experience; Has Vida is one of the leader companies in its sector.
Making no concessions to the quality standards, continuing its way with 43 years of production experience and customer satisfaction, Has Vida is a demanded and primarily preferred company in the sector.
The company serves the customers with professionalist 80 blue-collar and 20 white-collar employees in accordance with the sustainable quality sense. Has Vida continues the customer-oriented investment policies without slowing down every year by following the developments in the sector and the market closely. As Industry 4.0 has gained importance lately, we have become the company primarily preferred by the large domestic and global factories manufacturing especially with automation. We contribute to the economy of the country substantially by making camera-controlled production of screws and rivets, and exporting them to many countries in the world, especially the countries in Europe.

SUBCONTURKEY: You will participate in HEFI 2018. What is the aim of your participation? What do you expect from the exhibition
Korhan Erkan: We aim at refreshing our strong relations with the white goods key and subsidiary industrialists whom we have been serving for many years, informing our current and potential customers about the innovations and investments in our company, introducing Has Vida to the potential domestic and foreign customers who will visit the exhibition; thus, gain new customers and increase our turnover.
We aim at finding new customers, which will increase our export and be beneficial for the economy of the country. Therefore, we increase the frequency of our visits not only to the exhibitions but also abroad annually. We would like to send invitation to our current and potential foreign customers by e-mail in accordance with the exhibition calendar, and ensure them to visit us.
SUBCONTURKEY: Could you evaluate the importance of the exhibition for the sector?
Korhan Erkan: Exhibitions are significant meeting times when the substantial players of the sector gather, discuss and evaluate the developments. These are very important periods for us in terms of comprehending the investments made by our business partners and the roadmaps for the upcoming term. Besides, we get the opportunity to inform about the investments made for the demands by our customers.
SUBCONTURKEY: Could you evaluate the contribution of HEFI 2018 to Turkey and the sector?
Korhan Erkan: White goods and its subsidiary industry are the sectors, which are very strong in Turkey and developing day by day. Because this exhibition provides employment, attracts both domestic and foreign investments and contributes to the economy; it is very important for all of us.
